You can request a summary of our kosher assessment, for a fee of $35.00. This application will not return actual copies of documents on record. You will only receive a summary of the reason for our conclusion. Confidential or privileged information will not be shared through this application. 

 

To request our Detailed Summary Report on more than one Bank, add a comma (,) after each bank name. You will also need to adjust the quantity to equal your total requests.
